I am personally quite a Lottery nut and have bought many books on how to be the system, never won much , but I must say I do win small amounts. The question I want to find out is , if one chooses a set of numbers and sticks to those numbers through out the year will you have a better chance of winning a larger amount ?

You are right that the only way of increasing your chances of winning at all is by buying more tickets (bad idea) or joining a syndicate – not a great idea either because you win less and may have to pay a commission. The point is that you can increase the chance of getting a bigger prize if you do win by choosing from a set of certain numbers and using rollovers to advantage.

Thanks for an amusing comment. With all due respect, you are completely wrong. Your statement that “Either you get lucky or you don’t” is true to the extent that whether your numbers come up or not is pure luck. However, how much you win is not luck. Certain sets of numbers pay out more than others. Lottery prizes vary enormously and there are reasons that are worth knowing about. Do you think Blackjack or Poker are pure luck. Most people accept that there are good and bad players. So there are good and bad lottery players. The subscription to How To Pick Lottery Numbers is actually good value.
